What do guys really want when finding a mate? I want to know

Post 2 by Angel with Attitude (Account disabled) on Tuesday, 30-Jan-2007 6:43:29

Surely that's way too general a question. It'd be like saying what do women want from a guy. We're all different and like different characteristics. Just as well really.

Post 3 by sudzy (Account disabled) on Tuesday, 30-Jan-2007 6:46:51

Yes, you should broaden the question a little bit. But for the most part there are 2 groups of guys. Ones who are asses and just want to fuck and pillage your body, and the other who actually care and want the best for you both as a couple.

I'm not sure anyone, guys or girls, know exactly what they want until they find it. I mean I've known people who have very specific "requirements" for a mate such as height and weight, eye and hair color, personality type, etc. Then they end up falling in love with someone who is totally different.

It is a brod questian, really. I'd have to agree with Sudzy on it though. If you want a dream guy, you'd probablly have to clone one.

a rotten bitch! lol

Post 7 by dream lady (move over school!) on Tuesday, 30-Jan-2007 14:25:00

Ok, you're right. People are different, and we all want someone who will be what we want. I mean, I should have been more specific. I'll think about this, and post later.

Post 8 by blbobby (Ooo you're gona like this!) on Tuesday, 30-Jan-2007 14:32:46

I think it also depends on the type of relationship you want.

If it's an acquaintance, then I don't care about much because I don't expect too much.

If it's a friend, then I would like her to be discrete, and not to expect me to go shopping with she and a few of the girls.

On the other hand, if it's a girl friend or mate, then things like communication style and kissing technique come into play.

hi, dream lady, hi all zoners. i may be a new face here, but before i write my post, i want to say that as we are all here to speak freely, it is not good to insult others or say such impolite expression in order not to make others angry. now let me say that the girl anyone dreams with must have and carry characteristics which he misses in his mum, or a good personality, this for those who care about personality. those who have sex, fucking, kissing, sexual positions....etc will have characteristics related to the colour of hair, eyes, body, way of dressing. also the way of smiling, and many other things. one may dream of a girl and when he catches her he regrets and decide to leave her, when he meets a better one. also girls do with boys.

I didn't get it either, but I'm pretty sure English is not that person's natural language.

Okay, all you intellectually challenged participants in this post, I'll spell it out for you.

I truly being as ignorant as all the rest of you zombies yet unwilling to admit it, did a google search on Jamaharon and found out that it had something to do with some sort of sexual activity in starwars. I further discovered that it referred to the planet Risa and something called a horga'hn.

So, I asked Jim if he had one of them there things. Saying "But, Jim, do you have a horga'hn?"

As usual it's Jim's fault, and I'm sure Becky had something to do with it, but I can't prove it.

I think Goblin is probably right. I'll vote for Cate Blanchett, but I ain't going to do a google search on her.

It's not that strange to be looking for a partner with some charictoristics similar to your opposite sex parent. There are many great qualities in my father that I admire and would certainly look for in a man. That doesn't mean that someone is looking purely for a mother figure or a father figure. Jesus! Don't take things so literally all.

they want a woman who is not a lesbian. Damn, I'm out.

Post 26 by SensuallyNaturallyLiving4Today (LivingLifeAndLovingItToo) on Thursday, 01-Feb-2007 20:05:10

Yeah. It would seem so. They might go for a bisexual though. Just not a strict lesbian.

Thanks. Glad that was explained.

There is a lot of desires from men. Each is a bit different. One of the best and certain ways is to explore the options you have by checking out your guy friends slowly. Just as friends at first.
